As a REALTOR, I find purpose in helping people navigate major life transitions—relocating, retiring, or finding a vacation home in Florida. What I love most about real estate is the people. Building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients find the right fit—both in a home and a community—energizes me.
While earning an income is important, real estate is about more to me than closing a deal—it’s about serving people well. Whether I am representing a $200,000 transaction or a multi-million-dollar one, I recognize it is a significant investment for my client and treat it with the care and attention it deserves.
By nature, I am easygoing and down to earth. I don’t personally enjoy working with overly “salesy” people. I prefer someone who is straightforward, informative, and genuine, so that’s exactly how I approach my real estate business. I provide guidance and honest insight, but I never pressure anyone into a decision they aren’t ready to make. I see myself as an advocate and advisor—not a salesperson. Despite my easy-going nature, I am confident and assertive in negotiations.
I have lived in Southwest Florida for more than 20 years and originally moved here from Michigan. In 2014, I earned my real estate license, and in 2022, I further strengthened my level of expertise by attaining my broker license. When I am not working, I most enjoy bantering with my wonderful husband and sharing laughter and meaningful dialogue with friends and family. I also enjoy watching the Detroit Tigers, traveling and cruising, incessantly petting my Golden Retriever, Tater, and running scared of my sassy cat, Daisy. The one thing that shapes my life the most is my faith. It grounds me and gives me hope and joy despite circumstances.

Rick Paulke
Rick Paulke earned his real estate license in 2024 to help support and expand The Paulke Group’s continued growth. With a servant’s heart and a strong commitment to doing what is right, Rick plays an important role behind the scenes and in the field—stepping in whenever needed to attend home inspections, provide showings, and host open houses.
Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about home repairs, Rick brings practical insight that clients truly appreciate. His understanding of how homes function—from structural components to everyday systems—adds another layer of value and perspective during the buying and selling process.
Originally from the Midwest, Rick pairs a strong work ethic with a wonderful sense of humor that instantly puts people at ease. He is passionate about serving others and is actively involved in his church and community.
Outside of real estate, Rick enjoys classic cars, woodworking, golf, cheering on the Detroit Tigers, cruising, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his pets. His steady character, helpful nature, and genuine care for others make him a trusted and valued part of The Paulke Group.
