We suggest starting this process by hiring an experienced, responsive, and tech-savvy local real estate agent. You'll then want to secure your financing or provide proof of funds if you are paying in cash. We have excellent local mortgage brokers we can connect you with if you're looking for financing.

We'll then start the process of narrowing down what you are looking for and what communities or areas are a good match for your wants and needs. If you are unable to come see properties in person, I will schedule virtual showings with you. I use video calls to show you homes as I walk through them. You can ask questions and I will show you all of the good and even the not-so-good features of each home. If you really like a home, I will take a video of the home after we disconnect the video call and will send you the video via a private YouTube link so you can view it multiple times. If you're able to come into town, I will schedule showings at the top homes that match your wish list.

Once you've found your dream home, I can put together an offer for you to sign electronically (or in person). I will then send it to the seller’s agent. Once we have a signed contract, you will schedule an inspection. I can refer you to thorough, conscientious inspectors, and I will be present for the inspection. At closing, electronic document signing is available to streamline the signing of all closing documents, no matter where you are.
