35th Annual Sand Sculpting Championship, Fort Myers Beach
Mark your calendar for the 35th Annual American Sand Sculpting Championship running from November 20-24 on Fort Myers Beach. Sculptors from around the country and internationally will bring their best skills to turn ordinary sand into remarkable works of art. The event is expected to attract over 15,000 attendees to enjoy the sand sculptures and all the festivities.
The event runs daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is typically free admission on Thursday, November 20th, while the sculptures are being built. There is an admission fee to view the completed works from Friday through Monday (Nov 21-24). Tickets can be purchased here:

In addition to the sand sculptures, there will be live music, vendors, food and beverages, and a photo op area for your holiday cards.
